As a multi-disciplinary practise, Scope Consulting offer value for money, flexible and personal design services on projects ranging from small domestic projects to residential & commercial developments. Our project portfolio consists of work within the fields of domestic extensions, new build houses, residential apartments, housing developments, Office buildings and Industrial units.

Our Architectural Designs are assured design services at competitive fee rates, where we listen to and understand the client’s needs, requirements and constraints and ensure our designs meet both the client’s and authorities, requirements.

We are able to offer sustainable design strategies and system build construction design in addition to the more traditional methods of construction. We also have a good experience of dealing with barn conversion, listed and historic buildings.

All of our drawings are produced in AutoCad LT 2014 format, so we can discuss your designs on a laptop rather than the ‘old school’ of rolling out paper drawings on the table!

All of our design works are also supported by design risk assessments and where required, by design and access statements to comply with planning requirements. You can be assured that we will offer you a complete design package, including preparation of plans and specifications, structural calculations, all liaison with the relevant Local Authority departments and any matters relating to the Party Wall etc Act 1996. On medium-size projects we able to prepare Tender documents and Specifications and can assist in analysing the Tenders once returned by the prospective contractors. We can also assist with your project co-ordination and advise on matters relating to the CDM Regulations 2007.

Our Architectural Service can be tailored to your individual requirements, whether it be the production of plans for submission to the relevant authorities or the complete service from beginning to end including on site Project management.
